All Follow-up Appointments- $110
- Comprehensive Evaluation/Re-evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Patient Education on body mechanics, ergonomics, posture, stability, and/or balance training
- Individualized Home Exercise Program for ongoing care
- Hands-On Treatment (soft tissue and joint mobilization, as appropriate)
- Therapeutic Modalities (as needed, including electrical stimulation, cervical/lumbar traction, ultrasound, hot/cold therapy, cupping, and/or kinesiology taping)
