What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is the treatment of disease or injury using therapeutic exercises and other interventions that focus on areas such as range of motion; improving posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, joint mobility, flexibility; and alleviating pain. These are integrated to help a patient regain functional activities of daily living.
Physical therapy is an important part of the recovery process for many injuries, illnesses, and surgeries.

Physical Therapy Consult
30 min assessment and information session – $65
- Scheduled session with a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Includes assessment of Patient/Client goals or pathology.
- Recommendations.
Physical Therapy Treatment
50-60 minute treatment session
Initial Appointment- $140
All Follow-up Appointments- $110
- Scheduled Evaluation/Re-evaluation of your pathology with a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Patient education such as body mechanics training, ergonomic set up, posture, stability/balance training, etc.
- Issued exercises for reference.
- Soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization, as deemed appropriate.
- Use of Electrical stimulation, Cervical or Lumbar traction, Ultrasound, Hot/Cold packs, Cupping, Kinesiotaping, as deemed appropriate.
