Background:
- Born and raised in California and has lived in a total of seven states
- Earnerd her BS in Kinesiology from San José State University
- Earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont
- Professional philosophy: to cultivate, nurture, and enhance the human physical experience
- Former “kitchen pirate” at a pizza shop before becoming a physical therapist
- Has driven across the country several times (including up to Alaska!) and happily relocated to Hilo with her wife in 2024
Hobbies/Interests
- Former Muay Thai competitor; current avid Olympic weightlifter
- Sitting on the Lani with our cat, Hoku
